Phil Willett
Phil is the President/CEO of Pioneer Federal Savings and Loan Association with locations in Dillon and Deer Lodge. He has been in banking for the past 16 years with experience in all areas of the banking world. He's a graduate of UM-Western and has been involved with Western in a variety of capacities, such as: coached football at UM-Western for 4 years; covered UM-Western athletics on the radio for another 8 years or so; his family is a host family for the Western women’s basketball team, just to name a few. Phil is a third generation Western Bulldog so needless to say his roots run deep at this fine institution. He takes pride in his small role as a Foundation board member in working to make Western the most successful university possible. His wife, Ashley, who is also a Western grad, and Phil have one daughter, Gabby.
