Carver: Irene Carver Memorial Scholarship
Established by her husband Charles K. Carver & daughter Lyn B. Carver. All who are alumni of Western Montana College.
Awarded to a sophomore, junior or senior Montana native with a GPA of 2.3 to 3.5 who is working a job and involved in campus community by volunteering. Preference for students with learning, physical or sensory disabilities.
Bio of Irene Carver
Irene Carver was an alumnus of Western Montana College in 1977. She was a wonderful educator with a special gift with students possessing disabilities and the promotion of continued education for anyone willing to learn was of great importance to her. The Carver Family wishes to continue to support the lifelong dedication Irene Carver gave to education through this scholarship.
